We're seeking passionate, knowledgeable Sales Associates who are driven to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Compensation:
$35,000 - $80,000
Yearly - Depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Welcome customers with a warm and friendly greeting, build relationships and offer a personalized shopping experience Determine customers' needs and provide them with appropriate product choices Develop and maintain relationships Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer service standards Help customers celebrate their most important occasions with a gift of love from Medawar's Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records Process payments at the register and handle customer transactions and service issues appropriately Keep customers informed of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest Collaborate with the team to accomplish related results and contribute to team effort Perform store setup and closing operations, including opening and closing the office area and moving jewelry to and from the store safe and display areas Perform basic store maintenance, merchandising, and other required activities to keep the store clean, safe, and inviting
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Upbeat, Positive & Energetic Must love working with beautiful products Experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required Passion for helping clients celebrate life's special moments with our beautiful products Strong listening skills and ability to understand and meet clients' needs Dependable, success-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality results Positive outlook and ability to create a welcoming and fun-loving environment for clients Exceptional communication and organizational skills to provide a seamless shopping experience Committed to continuous education and development through workshops, seminars, and conferences A team player with a can-do attitude About Company Since our founding in 1920, Medawar Jewelers has consistently led the way in offering premium jewelry and unparalleled customer service.
