Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive - Direct visitors to the appropriate person - Answer, screen, and schedule incoming phone calls - Provide accurate information in-person and via phone -Knowledgeable on services and products offered -Check out and reschedule guests
Qualifications:
- Work experience as a Receptionist (salon/med spa experience helpful) - Professional attitude and appearance - Solid verbal communication skills - Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise - Excellent organizational skills - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks - Customer service attitude -Must be seeking long term employment -Flexible schedule to cover occasional daytime shift (9-3), evening hours 3-8, and every/every other Saturday 9-4 Job Type:
