We're searching for a Resident Care Lead who is comfortable working with a multidisciplinary team and who thrives on taking initiative and being creative.
A Resident Care Associate will be required to make hundreds of decisions on a daily basis, but in the end will be directly responsible for the well-being of our residents.
Mandating is required, no exceptions (4-hour mandating).
The winning candidate will be able to work well with the team, handle the pressure of multi-tasking and will be interested in engaging with the residents on a personal level.
