Assists in administrative support of the Executive Directors Greets, welcomes, and directs each person into the community, upholding positive and professional first impressions Answers phones and directs as needed Responds to and sends emails to communicate effectively with staff and residents Communicates effectively with visitors, residents, staff, and families Conducts point of sale purchases Ordering of supplies and other purchases Complete and submit receipts from purchases Supports Executive Directors to ensure that the quality and appropriateness of care meets or exceeds company and industry standards and ensures that all services are following state and federal legal, regulatory, accreditation and reimbursement guidelines.
Supports program development activities with marketing staff for the purpose of introducing new and relevant services for the persons served in the community.
Promotes optimal communication among staff members, community, and referrals sources.
Support Executive Directors in maintaining effective relationships and open communication with residents, families, staff, contractors, and the outside communities.
