The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-moving environment and has a real estate or customer service background.
Responsibilities:
Data entry into multiple systems with accuracy and efficiency.
Scanning, copying, printing, filing and other general office duties.
Assist Transaction Coordinators with filing, data entry, and copying/scanning.
Schedule closings, prepare documents & send for signatures, review documents for accuracy Timely communication with agents, clients, & partners
Qualifications:
Must LOVE helping people in a friendly and efficient manner.
Strong computer skills, with knowledge of spreadsheets, Google Suite, and adapts quickly to new software.
Self-starter who is able to multitask under stress and with minimal supervision.
Organized and detail oriented.
Willing to step outside of your comfort zone and take initiative.
Dependable, coachable, resourceful, results-oriented, persuasive, assertive, honest, and outstanding communicator.
Experience in real estate and/or a customer service background is a plus, but not required.
