The Tavern Kitchen & Bar has become a staple within the community and set the standard for service and employee experience within the area.

No previous experience is necessary.
Must have a friendly and personable attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work with a team mentality.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele Produce the needed beverages for the service well.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar.
Keep an accurate spill through the shift.
Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed Other duties as requested
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a bartender General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently Job Types:
