Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Utilize automatic dish washing machines (load, run through and unload) for tableware, utensils, kitchen and bakery equipment Utilize three tub sinks to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes that are not ran through the machine (sheet trays) Work in a clean and organized fashion with a sense of urgency Take direction from multiple leaders Organize unwashed dishes and prioritize the flow of the dish room as needed Puts away clean, dry dishes in the appropriate locations Success in this position is generally exhibited by those who:
Have previous dish washing experience (not required) Have scheduling flexibility and holiday availability Are able to stand for extended periods of time Are autonomous at work and are self-motivated Enjoy working in a busy environment where there is always work to be done Job Types:
