Job Description New Car Sales Managers desk all new car deals and continue to follow the deal until it is funded this includes subprime/special finance.
Monitors the productivity of the sales team and ensures that customer experience goals are met or exceeded.
Monitors and maintains appearance of units for sale and makes sure the lot appearance is top notch daily.
Ensures sales team is on pace to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
Track appraisals and trade-in's Maintains enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee morale.
Job Requirements The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed and maintain a positive attitude while working in a team atmosphere.
Lasco's Sales Managers serve as a guide to facilitate the customer buying experience making sure both sales staff and customers have the support and assistance they need.
Must have the capacity to do prime and subprime financing, having good working relationship with banks and local credit unions Minimum of 2 years Dealership experience as Sales Manager Minimum of 1 year Dealership experience as New Car Sales Manager Knowledge of CRM's and vehicle management systems Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred Ability to handle pressure, adapt to change, maintain composure, and work to resolve conflicts while maintaining a pleasant and positive demeanor.
Ability to work and communicate effectively with others by valuing teamwork Valid U.

Driver's license High School Degree or equivalent minimum All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR and drug screen.
