ENGINEERING COORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATOR - Fenton, MI

Creative Foam has an immediate need for an Engineering Coordinator / Administrator to help support operations at the new engineering and design (E&D) center in Fenton, MI.
Key
Responsibilities:
Ordering raw materials, writing purchase orders, and scheduling workload for the tool shop
Facility management to include mail, office supplies, preparation for customer visits, building maintenance
Scheduling assistance for prototype, tooling and design areas - maintain the master schedule for the E&D building
Provide administrative support for engineering and operations management.
Must be proficient in MS Office, PLEX and knowledge of email systems and etiquette.

Requirements:
Strong administrative support experience, preferably in automotive or engineering environment
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PLEX experience beneficial
Strong communication skills

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
