Maintenance Technician

Now hiring a Maintenance Technician in the Fenton, MI area! Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician in the Fenton, MI area! This is a 2nd shift opportunity!
This candidate is needed for hands-on machine maintenance support including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems troubleshooting and repair.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Hands-on plant maintenance support including utilities and structure.
o Performs the scheduled preventative/predictive maintenance program to its specifications and guidelines.
o Assists in the manufacture, assembly, and installation of machine or plant upgrades, and plant improvement programs.
o Responsible for keeping accurate information on a project or repair work order including problem, remedy, labor, parts and downtime incurred in a legible, specific format.
o Promotes Company's safety efforts and maintains a safe working environment for employees. -high school diploma with 5 to 7 year's experience in maintenance within manufacturing.
-Knowledge and understanding of PLC control and control logic.
-5 axis robotic system experience helpful.
-PLC programming experiences a plus.
-Hands on Fabrication skills to include manual mill and lathe work, cutting, torching, welding (Mig and Tig), grinding and assembly.
-Computer proficiency with experience in word, excel, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
